Now, I’m not really sure that this counts as a recipe – it’s so easy! However, breakfast was the meal that I struggled the most with to find alternatives for that I could eat, so here it is for those of you looking for ideas…it’s a wonderfully quick and tasty breakfast.

Recipe Notes
When buying berries I always go for organic ones. The skins of berries are so thin that they can readily absorb the pesticides that are sprayed on them, and I'd rather not be eating those! Lovely organic berries aren't always available but that just means I can get innovative with other fruits that are, yum...
