I often have a hankering for a savoury healthy snack late in the evening after dinner… I think it’s my body remembering the days of nachos with hot salsa and melted cheese (all of which I am now intolerant to…!) so a healthier alternative HAD to be found!
Enter avocado topping on thin crispy toast, YUM! Tangy, salty, totally savoury and very, very easy.

- 1/2 avocado
- 1 generous pinch salt - Himalayan pink rock salt is nice
- some black pepper - freshly ground
- a few generous squeezes of lime

- Mash together
- Place on your toast or crackers. (for those who like it extra zingy, add a few more drops of lime juice on the top)
